i. Downloads are temporary and are intended for viewing within a specified period. Permanent copies are not allowed.
2. Geographical Restrictions and Content Availability
The availability of Content and Services is at Prasar Bharti's discretion and may vary based on your geographical location. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including local laws in your jurisdiction when accessing the Site and using the Services.
3. Service Models
The Services may be offered through different models, including:
a. Free access with advertisements.
b. Subscription-based access.
c. Pay-per-view.
d. A combination of the above.
Certain Content, such as live sports or shows, may include advertisements even with an ad-free subscription plan.
4. Compatible Devices

a. Some content may not be suitable for children. Parents or legal guardians should use
discretion before allowing children to access the Site and ensure compliance with
applicable laws.
b. Prasar Bharti may display content descriptors or guidance messages to inform
viewers about age-inappropriate content for minors (viewers aged 13 to 18 years).
6. Agreement to Terms
Your access to and use of the Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. By installing, using, or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
7. Prohibited Use

8. Termination
Wherein PB will have the right to terminate the usage for conduct that is believed to violate these Terms of Service and/or believed to be harmful to other users, or respective partners or Service Providers, or to other information providers.
9. Governing Laws
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the terms of service & usage of the OTT platform may be resolved by mode of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
